You have a better health prectice than I do. I usually try to exercise 1 hour a day, but since I've been pregnant I haven't been able to. I need to work on the eating habits, but I was wondering if muti-vitamins are helpful. I have never taken any before, but with two kids I know I wont be able to eat as healthy as I should.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading your honest response to preventative behaviors. It is definitely difficult to maintain healthy behaviors while in school and balancing family and work life. It will be so well worth it when we are finished. I am trying so hard to maintain my physical activities lately I keep getting sick and it is preventing from sticking to a routine. I'm sure you are a tough woman though to be a single mom of two boys! Props to you and hang in there!
